As part of our Phase II expansion, Noreta Farms is recruiting a Grower to support crop production and the operation of controlled-environment greenhouse systems. The role includes planning planting schedules, monitoring crop growth, managing irrigation and fertigation, maintaining crop health, and ensuring consistent production quality and yield. Candidates should have experience in commercial crop production, greenhouse farming, horticulture, or structured agricultural operations. This position requires practical agricultural knowledge, attention to detail, strong observation skills, and the ability to work within a high-performance farming environment.
